Um…yeah…I’m not that naked good looking when I exercise. Here is where I’m going to post my attempts to workout on a daily or weekly basis. Please don’t judge me if my “workouts” are amateur or seldom…I’m just being honest.

This is so inspiring! I am glad I found you through your comment on my blog. I am currently trying to ride the exercise bike in the corner of my room for at least 20 min/4 days a week, changing resistance between 1-4 (or higher, if I can take it). Baby steps, clearly. It was about time I actually do something. Glad to have a blog to read that inspires me to do better!
You know, keeping an exercise log on the ol’ bloggy is a really good idea. I saw Julie @ PBfingers does it too… I might play this game!!
I just started this workout this morning and my goodness is it a workout. I love it. I only did the basic training and buns & thighs. I have 2 little ones so 20minutes is about I can give in a day. So this video makes it easy to give 10 minutes or more if you have the time. All I can say is, is that I’m sore. Great fealing.
you are doing great! it’s crazy how the models on exercise ads are always very well built- and commercials for wrinkle creams drive me crazy because the models are usually under 30, and ummmm, they don’t have wrinkles any way. Ah the media. -Kim
